Refer to our measurement chart provided with each product, or opt for customization with an additional 15% charge.

Colors

While we strive to accurately represent product colors, variations may occur due to differences in monitor or screen displays.

Exchange / Return Policy

Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order, with the customer covering shipping costs. Returns must be shipped within 2 weeks. We do not offer refunds; only exchanges are allowed. If an order is returned for any above reason, the action against return will be taken only after the product is returned to us and the product is reviewed from our hand then only your exchange/ credit note/ refund will be processed. This due process could take 12-15 days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this timeframe, cancellations are subject to review, and customers may be responsible for a restocking fee.

Credit Note

If you wish to return a product for any reason, we will issue a Credit Note equivalent to your purchase amount. Please note that we do not accept returns and provide refunds based on personal preferences; only exchanges or Credit Notes are offered.

Shipping

Please note that your shipment may experience delays during festivals, adverse climate conditions, or political emergencies. We assure you that we will exert sincere efforts to deliver your package promptly or inform you accordingly. We aim to ship within 5-7 working days. In the event of a wrong size sent from our end, we will exchange the item at no extra cost. If a product arrives damaged, we will exchange it at no extra cost within 48 hours of delivery. If in any case the shipment is returned to us then we will reconfirm the order with validation then only we will ship it back again, this may delay your order delivery.

Please note – During festivals, unfavorable climate conditions, or political emergencies, your shipment could get further delayed. We guarantee you that we will make an honest effort to have your package conveyed to you in a decent time or probably will be notified.

  • Its just a nominal charge of COD SHIPPING 95/- PREPAID SHIPPING 75/-
  • Your orders are our priority! We dispatch them within 3-4 working days and you can expect the delivery within 8-10 days. We partner with the most trusted couriers for safe Delivery SHIPROCKET , though we’re not liable for any courier delays.
  • You’ll receive a tracking code to keep tabs on your parcel once it’s on its way.

Note For Exchange

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping cost. Once initiated your return needs to be shipped within 2 weeks.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Exchange requests that are not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • The product would be picked in 3-5 days after the exchange request is approved.
  • Exchange charges would have to be borne by the customer.( Rs150/-)
  • If there is any mistake from our side exchange will be free
  • The credit note issued, will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

Cancellation Policy

Credit Note

Due to any reason if you don’t want to keep the product, we will provide you with a Credit Note of equivalent amount to your purchase. Please Note: We do not accept returns and make refunds if you do not like any product, we can only either exchange or give credit note.

While we have put every effort to display the color of the products as precisely as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
